I’m an engineer at heart. I got my engineering degree in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management at Delft University of Technology; In short: I design & correlate systems, people, governance & policies to work in harmony. Well most of the time, sometimes fights do break out amongst them (not per se always my fault).

I’ve worked in both IT & Business roles and enjoy correlating them. I highly value the ability to execute and enjoy doing so. So I do everything from C-Level / Board meetings, reorganizing a company around value streams to modeling processes & writing code to make things work.

Although I might be a Swiss army knife I do work with partners to help scale with execution. Having worked 15 years in this market I do know which partners to cherry-pick by now.
